Well, it's been an age since I last posted, and the obvious reason for this is my new small person. He has been very lovely, but his unsettled time is from about 6.30-9.30pm which is when I would ordinarily post! Things have been completed/growing in the knitting department, but gawd knows when I shall get the opportunity to post them all. I am also doing the CRAZY thing (but probably very normal thing in the knitting world) of starting multiple projects all at once, as well as trying to polish off several very old WIPS! Charlie is settling down now, so by 8.30pm he's asleep for most of the night (I usually have a 3pm feed then through to breakfast at 7am!) not back for 11 weeks old eh!?
Just after Christmas I also had the misfortune to contract a viral infection that left me in hospital for a week in utter agony! My hubby, Ross, did amazingly well in handling a 4 1/2 yr old, 2 yr old AS WELL AS a 5 week old baby! He looked knackered every visit I had, but happy nonetheless! Bless!
Anyhow, enough of that, lets have the first intallment of what I created for Master Charlie Flynn!
Fluffy Booties at 4 weeks old, made from Lorna's Laces Angel Angora.
Here he is a bit bigger (10 weeks) in a cute little all-in-one embroidered using a Sublime Stitching transfer!
And for all of you out there who just want a cute photo of the little man (Oh I just can't help myself!), here it is!
