I recently bought a tray of fresh mango's, as they were soooo cheap for a tray! I brought them home and relished the sweet smell of ripe fruit in my house for a day or so before turning some of them into Mango Sorbet and Mango, Raspberry and Lime frozen yogurt! The frozen yogurt is the healthy option, with only a tablespoon of sugar and using greek yogurt and I actually prefer the sharpness of it compared to the slightly-too-sweetness of the sorbet. I made them with my ohsofabulous Krups Ice Cream Maker (which I recommend!) and now just have to think of what to do with the remaining 12 mangos! Any suggestions?

Ummm, YES! Why Mango daiquiris, of course! The perfect accompaniment to this weather we are experiencing at the moment! I'm thinking Nickers will give a whole-hearted thumbs up to this suggestion too! :)

You're right, she has a weakness for mango daiquiris, I seem to remember she LOADED mine with alcofrol at the knitting retreat! Good thinking!

how about mango chutney - the purrfect addition to a cheese plate or your next curry night - even great for gourmet burgers!
