I recently splurged on a whole heap of Rebecca magazines, and on the back of #28 was a knitted Birthday Cake!! There isn't a pattern (it was a GGH Ad celebrating 20 yrs) but how hard could it be? I am thinking about suggesting it at our IV meeting tonight, as our Tea Cup Kits haven't arrived and the lady at Four Seasons Knitting isn't replying to my emails (tut, tut, it's been 3 or 4 months since I ordered them).

I have seen a pattern for a birthday cake in an Family Circle Easy Knitting magazine, I believe it was a spring edition...It looked fairly easy and would make a nice tradition for birthdays.
